Merchandise returned for refund must be new as purchased, in unused condition in the original sales box, shipped in the corrugated cardboard shipping box.
Please pack well. Items and sales box must be received back at Chantal in undamaged new condition. Return authorization number should be written on the outside box, and on any identifying paperwork inside the box.

Our restocking fee for consumer buyers is 20%. However, Chantal reserves the right to charge up to 25% depending on the case.

Refunds DO NOT include shipping costs
